How to wrap bouquets without using plastic

Let’s get the plastic out of presentation. If you’re aiming to make your bouquets completely compostable, replace synthetic ribbons with natural raffia or twine, and use paper-based tape to secure your wrapping.

To wrap, or not to wrap? That is the question…

Putting a wrap on flowers can have the same effect as framing a picture, or wrapping a gift. It transforms perceptions of the same bouquet and makes it appear somehow more special. This gallery will develop over time to show different ways in which our member florists present posies and bouquets whilst keeping compostability in mind. If you’re listed on our directory and would like to share photos to inspire other florists, please get in touch.
